Reviews & audits

A complete review of your digital marketing, and a plan to fix it

Everything, end to end. Not one channel.

Most businesses know something is not working. Very few know which part. We go through your analytics, tracking, website, search, ads and listings, find what is actually broken, and give you a prioritised plan you can act on. $3,500 USD.

Why it exists

Most businesses cannot see their own business

We audited 545 tourism businesses in 2026, by hand, the same ones we first looked at three years earlier. The results were not close.

9.8%
of businesses can trace a booking back to what caused it. Unchanged in three years.
66.5%
have analytics installed at all, so a third are flying with nothing.
77.8%
of those with analytics record no phone clicks, no email clicks and no booking handover.
96.9%
fail Google’s own mobile page speed standard.

The biggest drop is not businesses failing to install analytics. It is businesses that installed it and then measured nothing with it. The tag counts visits and tells you nothing about whether anyone rang you, emailed you, or went on to book. You can read the whole study, with the method and every figure, in The State of Tourism Digital Marketing 2026.

This review is how you find out which of those numbers is you.

What we go through

Every part of it, in one document

Marketing problems rarely sit where people think they do. An ad account that looks like it is failing is often a tracking problem. A website that will not rank is often a structure problem. Looking at one channel in isolation is how those get missed.

Your analytics and tracking

Goals, conversions, settings, remarketing audiences, and whether the numbers you have been making decisions on are real. This is the section our clients tell us changed the most.

Your booking or checkout system

Whether the handover to a third-party system breaks attribution, whether the vendor’s own recommended tracking method is the one actually in place, and what it is costing you in lost visibility.

Your website, technically

Speed on a real phone, structure, thin pages, broken links, redirects, structured data, image weight and alt text. With the spreadsheets, so your developer has a worklist rather than an opinion.

Your search visibility

Title tags, meta descriptions and headings, page by page, with the rewritten versions. Where you rank now, locally and globally, and what is realistically winnable.

Your Google Ads

Structure, geo targeting, campaign types, search terms, bidding, budget adequacy, impression share, negatives, and whether the conversion data the campaigns optimise against means anything.

Your Meta advertising

Pixel and Conversions API, what is being counted as a lead, audience setup, and how the account is organised if you run more than one brand.

Your Google Business Profile

Categories, photos, products, reviews and how you gather them, posting, and tagging the profile link so you can finally separate local from organic.

Everything pointing at you

Directory and tourism listings, YouTube, backlinks, and the old URLs from a rebrand or an acquisition that nobody redirected.

What you get

A plan first, the evidence after

  • A prioritised action plan at the front, split into the first 30 days, the next 60, and the longer term
  • The detail and the evidence behind every recommendation after it
  • Supporting spreadsheets: broken links, redirects, oversized images, missing alt text
  • A two-hour walkthrough, so you leave understanding the why and not just the what
  • A plan you can hand to your own team, another agency, or us
The things people never find themselves

Real examples from real reviews

  • An accommodation group whose every Book Now button led to a broken page.
  • A tag manager container installed, empty, and throwing an error on every page of the site while slowing it down.
  • Old domains from acquired businesses, never redirected, quietly taking years of search authority with them.
  • A regional tourism listing, a genuine source of bookings, pointing at a dead URL.
  • A booking system tracking the wrong page, so bookings were credited to nobody.

None of these were visible to the owner. All of them were costing money.

The detail

What it costs and what turns up

It is a substantial piece of work and the document reflects that. Between 25 and 50 pages depending on the size and state of your setup. Some of it is technical, because some of your setup is, and the detail is what makes it usable by whoever does the work. Every section opens by telling you what it means for the business, so you can read the whole thing without being technical yourself.

$3,500 USD
One payment. $1,000 of it comes off any fixed-scope project you ask us to do to fix what we find.
25 to 50 pages
The written review, sized to your setup rather than a template.
2 hours
A walkthrough with the person who wrote it, so you understand every recommendation.

If you decide you want the problems fixed rather than just listed, $1,000 of what you paid here comes off any fixed-scope project we quote from the findings. Most often that is the Digital Foundation Setup, but it applies to whichever piece of work you choose.

FAQ

Questions about the review

How is this different from your Google Ads Audit?

The Google Ads Audit is one channel, in depth, for $1,995. This is everything: analytics, tracking, your booking system, the website, search, Google Ads, Meta, your Google Business Profile and your third-party listings. If you know the problem is in your ad account, buy the audit. If you do not know where the problem is, buy this.

What if I just want you to fix it?

Most people do. The usual route is the Digital Foundation Setup, but it can be any fixed-scope piece of work that comes out of the findings. We would still rather review first, because we have never opened an account and found exactly what we expected. $1,000 of the review comes off that work, so having us look properly costs you less than you would think.

Do you need access to our accounts?

Yes, and the more we get the better the review. Where access is refused or unavailable we say so in the document and tell you what we could not see, rather than quietly leaving a gap.

Will this be full of jargon?

Parts of it are technical, because parts of your setup are, and pretending otherwise would leave things out that your developer needs. What we do is explain why each of those things matters in money and customers, so you can follow the argument without knowing the tools. The two-hour walkthrough is there so you can stop us and ask.

How long does it take?

It depends on the size of your setup and how quickly we get access. We will give you a date when we start, and we do not rush it, because thinking properly about your business is the whole point.

What if you find nothing wrong?

That has not happened yet, and we have been doing these since before 2021. If it did, you would have something more valuable than a fix list: a documented, evidenced reason to stop worrying and spend the money on growth instead.
