Google Partner AdWords Event in Queenstown – 30th September 2015

I am delighted to be hosting another Google Partner Connect AdWords events in Queenstown – a live stream from Google Australia and New Zealand, exclusive to businesses in the Google Partner Program.

This event will have 2 speakers from Google AU/NZ discussing how to get the most out of their products such as Google My Business and AdWords and provide some insights into today’s ‘micro moments’ where your business should be present.  This is particularly true in our area which has a relatively high transient population, with different demographics.  Searching online today is where people find things and you want to be there in the moments that matter.

I will also do a short presentation afterwards about other aspects of digital marketing and the services I provide.

The speakers will be :

  • Lucinda Barlow, Head of Marketing, Google Australia & New Zealand

    Lucinda will discuss how the web is changing the marketplace that businesses compete in today, and share current insights and actionable ideas about why now is a great time for your business to take advantage of the online opportunity.

    As Head of Marketing, Lucinda leads Google’s marketing efforts in Australia and New Zealand. She has worked in the Internet and mobile industries in Asia, the US and UK for 15 years. With a background as a systems engineer, Lucinda has also worked in two Internet start-ups during her career.

  • Duncan McGrath,Google Ads Product Specialist & Marketing Manager, Google Australia & New Zealand

    Duncan will give a roadmap any business can take to be found online and win new customers. He will bring to life the process of getting a presence on Google Search and Maps for free, optimise your site for all devices, measure and analyse how people interact with your site and introduce Google’s marketing products.

    As a Marketing Manager for Google Partners in Australia and New Zealand, Duncan is passionate about the work that agencies do to help their clients get the most out of the web. Duncan also has background as a Google advertising product specialist, as well as having worked in a marketing agency before joining Google.
